1. Design document requirements
1) Design files require source files (made in AI or PS, with layers available for editing). Please try to avoid exporting just a photo, or placing a non-layered image in the PDF files.
2) The format of the design file. AI files, PDF files, PSD files.
3) The color format of all files must be CMYK format. Do not use RGB format colors. Because the design software converts RGB format to CMYK format, there will be color difference.
4) The minimum file resolution is DPI: 300 or higher.
5) Make sure all black elements are pure black (C:0% M:0% Y:0% K:100%)
6) All fonts should be converted to curves. Especially if special fonts are used, please put the font files in the design folder.
7) Customized content: The front of the card can be different. The backs of the cards are sorted by category, and each category should try to keep the same design. The 6 sides of the tuck-in box can be customized. The 10 sides of the top lid and bottom box can be customized.
8) Reserve a space of at least 3mm between the safety line in the design area and the cutting line. The cutting line should also reserve at least 3mm of space from the bleed line. Note: Please make an additional 3mm bleeding area outwards.
9) The inner diameter length in the design draft of boutique boxes such as top lid and bottom boxes, pull drawer boxes or magnetic flap boxes is 15mm longer than the length of the largest component.
2. Organize design files
Please create card, box and accessory folders respectively. Put the design draft in their respective folders.
It is best to put all the frontal designs of the cards into one file. All back designs are also put into one file. And the front and back should be in one-to-one correspondence.
You only need to provide the original design files. Other tasks such as typography are left to our designers. It is estimated that it will take 1-2 working days to arrange the layout, and then send you to confirm.
3. Design element
In order to be able to sell in the market. Some countries or regions require information such as the number of players, age limit, CE mark, warnings, barcodes, social media, website, country of origin, etc. to be placed on the box.
UPC/EAN 13 Barcode: Must be solid black (C:0% M:0% Y:0% K:100%).
4. instruction and booklets
Booklet 1P is a single-sided. The front and back sides of a page are 2P. The total P number of the booklet should include the front and back covers.
One-page instructions can be printed on one side or on both sides. The size can be customized freely. Use regular A3 (420x297mm), A4 (297x210mm), A5 (210x148mm), A6 (144x105mm) size single pages, the price will be slightly lower.
Art paper is often used for the cover of the booklet, and art or offset paper is used for the inner pages. When the P number is small, it is bound by saddle stitching. In the case of a large P number, use Perfect Binding.
